The cost is $100/class. Packages are flexible. How many classes do you want/need. Once you decide, I will modify the below formats to fit your need. If you want the course outline so that your employees can see the mental and physical focus for each week I can easily provide that.
30 minute classes that can be done around a conference table or in any space that you have. No need to change clothes. This is NOT exercise. The are movements you probably do already but you will do them more skillfully and feel basically better at dealing with desk life. These are movements you can do while waiting for the elevator or while you are on hold on the phone. You will start to notice how much space and time you actually have to stretch. It is NOT hard to feel better, it's a simple skill. Once you get a taste of this you WILL want more. I've seen it happen too many times. Have high expectations.
This series is physically deigned to counter the danger of sitting all day. The course is inspired by Steven Covey's book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". The course will include stretches, breathing, reflection questions and guided visualizations/meditations.
45 minute classes that are done in your location. You can bring your own mat or rent one from us. This class will be geared for beginners to yoga but will offer full body stretching and breathing. Class will end with a brief meditation and rest pose. In the Gentle Yoga class series each week will be focused on a particular emotion and specific ways we can improve our management of the basic 6 human emotions of: Anger, Disgust, Fear, Happiness, Disgust, and Surprise.
